These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in any courses, memberships, or services offered by Abigail Zsenai Skincare & Wellness, Inc., doing business as The Intuitive Path Collective ™ and The Intuitive Path ® (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and downloads are the property of the Company and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.
2. Enrollment and Access
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses and materials. Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is prohibited and may result in termination of access.
3. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Thinkific or authorized third-party processors.
Courses and memberships are non-refundable. Because you receive immediate access to proprietary content and materials upon purchase, all sales are final.
For recurring memberships, you may cancel at any time by providing written notice prior to your next billing cycle or membership start date. Cancellations made after a payment has processed will apply to the following month’s cycle.
4. Communications and Email Consent
By enrolling, you consent to receive essential course emails from [email protected], including course materials, Zoom links, and updates. Enrollment also includes automatic subscription to The Intuitive Path Journal Substack Newsletter (monthly for students; weekly for active members). You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time.
5. Disclaimer
Our courses and programs are for educational and personal-growth purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Consult a licensed health professional for medical advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its sites or services. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the services.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to upload or share unlawful or offensive content and to maintain confidentiality and respect within community forums or group sessions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of our intellectual property.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
